The Philippine Embassy informs our kababayans that effective 1 July 2023, the Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) functions for Overseas Filipino Workers, previously handled by the Philippine Embassy, will be turned over to the Migrant Workers Office (MWO)-Singapore, in compliance with Republic Act No. 11641 or the Department of Migrant Workers Act.
This advisory complements the statement by the Department of Foreign Affairs issued on 21 June 2023.
OFWs and/or their dependents who are in distress and require assistance in legal or medical cases, repatriation, and shipment of remains may get in touch with the MWO through the following contact details:
