The weeklong online course, that runs from 25 to 29 October 2021, is a collaborative project of the Development Academy of the Philippines and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (DAP-LKYSPP) under the 2021 Capability Building on Innovative Leadership for the Legislative Staff (CBILLS).

CBILLS is a customized program that aims to strengthen the civil service in the legislative branch through appropriate and continuous capability building interventions that enhance leadership, management, and technical skills of specific target groups in Congress. It will provide the participants with opportunities to learn from international experts and institutions, and likewise share their work experiences.
