23 March 2020 – Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Joseph del Mar Yap signed today on behalf of Health Secretary Francisco T. Duque III the Deed of Donation for the 3,000 COVID-19 Test Kits and 1 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) machine from Singapore, which is scheduled to arrive in Manila tomorrow, 24 March 2020.

Signing on behalf of Singapore was Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Director General Constance See. She was represented during the signing ceremony by MFA Country Officer Olivia Chong. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the officers of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore. END
