20 April 2015, Singapore-Philippine Ambassador to Singapore H.E. Antonio A. Morales was the Guest Speaker during the launch of the book entitled “DISRUPT. Filipino Women: Out, Loud, Leading Without a Doubt” held on 17 April 2015 at the LKY School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore. The book is the first book on leadership written by Filipino women leaders from around the globe. Published by Filipina Women’s Network, an organization of Filipino women leaders based in San Francisco, California, the book contains 37 personal essays by Filipino women leaders in the diaspora. The book aims to change the public perception of Filipino women and showcase their capacity to lead. Students from LKY School of Public Policy read several excerpts from the book.
