The Philippine Embassy in Singapore mourns the passing of former Secretary for Foreign Affairs Hon. Albert F. del Rosario. He was Philippine Secretary for Foreign Affairs from 2011 to 2016.
The Embassy informs the public that an Online Condolence Book has been made available for those who wish to send their messages of sympathy for the bereaved family of the late former Secretary for Foreign Affairs Albert F. del Rosario.
The Online Condolence Book is open until Wednesday, 26 April 2023, 3:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time).
