Minister and Consul General Victorio Mario M. Dimagiba Jr., Chargé d’Affaires, a.i, on Monday, 7 November 2016, received a group of selected Punong Barangays and Barangay Kagawads in Quezon City who were on Foreign Academic Training (FAT) at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in Singapore.
