The Philippine Embassy in Singapore informs everyone that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), through PSAHelpline.ph, the authorized online ordering platform of the PSA, now accepts requests for delivery of official PSA documents—including Birth, Marriage, Death Certificates, and CENOMAR—abroad, including Singapore. The PSAHelpline International Service provides a secure, efficient, and convenient way for Filipinos worldwide to request official PSA certificates and have them delivered via their preferred international courier.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING PSA CERTIFICATES FOR DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE:
- Go to https://psahelpline.ph/
- Choose the Certificate Type.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Fill up online request information.
- Fill up online requester’s information and delivery details indicating delivery to Singapore address.
- Pay fees through accredited payment channels.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the Embassy only accepts PSA certificates with valid PSA receipt.
