#LOOK Department of Information and Communications Technology – DICT Secretary Ivan John E. Uy serves as a panelist for the SICW High-Level Panel 1: “Navigating Tech Bifurcation: the age of walls and bridges”, where he shared his views on the #Philippines’ efforts to strengthen its cybersecurity measures amidst global challenges, to include capacity building and enhancing multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Moderated by Mr. Poon Hong Yuen, Deputy Secretary (Industry & International), Ministry of Communications and Information Singapore, Secretary Uy was joined in the panel by distinguished speakers Mr. Vincent Strubel, Director General, Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d’information (ANSSI) France; Mr. Keiichi Ichikawa, Assistant Chief Cabinet Secretary and Deputy National Security Adviser, Cabinet Secretariat, Japan ; The Baroness Lucy Neville-Rolfe DBE CMG, Minister of State at the Cabinet Office, United Kingdom, and Ms. Jen Easterly, Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, United States of America.
