Mr. Steve Mills, the new Business Development Director for Singapore of Bleeding Heart Rum Company has called on Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales on 14 July 2017 at the Philippine Embassy along Nassim Road. Mr. Mills was accompanied by his predecessor Ms. Cristhel Molina. Bleeding Heart Rum, based in Negros Occidental, Philippines, produces the premium rum Don Papa. Distilled from some of the finest sugar cane in the world, Don Papa is first aged 7 years in oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended to perfection. Negros Occidental is considered as the sugar capital of the Philippines. Don Papa Rum became first introduced in the Philippines in 2012 and is now exported to more than 10 countries including most recently the US. It is available in Singapore in high-end supermarkets such as Cold Storage and Marketplace and in places such as Vasco and FOC Restaurant.
