16 February 2024, Singapore – The Philippine Embassy in Singapore bids farewell to OWWA Welfare Officer Ms. Marivic C. Clarin who ends her tour of duty in Singapore after three years of service to our kababayans. Welfare Officer Clarin previously served at the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong from 29 January 2018 to 12 December 2020, prior to her assignment in Singapore from 2 February 2021 to 14 February 2024.

The Philippine Embassy expresses its heartfelt appreciation for Welfare Officer Clarin and recognizes her unrelenting service, dedication and contribution in uplifting the welfare and interests of Filipino workers in Singapore.

The Embassy welcomes new OWWA Welfare Officer Florencio “Jay” D. Teves and looks forward to working hand-in-hand with our new Welfare Officer in protecting and promoting the interests of the Filipino Community in Singapore. (END).
