PH Ambassador to SG hosts DOT Secretary

23 January 2017 – Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Wanda Corazon Tulfo-Teo and her delegation were treated to a Filipino-style dinner at the Official Residence hosted by Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales last 20 January.

Ambassador Morales, together with the officers of the Philippine Embassy, warmly welcomed the Secretary and her delegation upon arrival at the Official Residence.

“After a few days of being in Singapore, I’m sure the Secretary is missing a home-cooked Filipino meal,” Ambassador Morales said to Secretary Teo.

DOT Secretary Teo was in Singapore attending the ASEAN Tourism Forum, which was held on 16-20 January 2017. During the event, DOT and the Tourism Board of the Philippines (TPB) successfully co-hosted a Philippines Night at the Shangri-la Hotel on 19 January 2017.
