The second batch of Davao del Norte delegation to the ASEAN Integration Learning Exchange Caravan (AILEC) visited the Philippine Embassy in Singapore on 6 November 2017. The delegation was headed by Hon. Alan R. Dujali, Vice Governor of Davao del Norte. On 7 November 2017, the delegation had a meeting with officials from the Singapore Ministry of Environment and Water Resources and discussed exchange of know-how on solid waste management practices and policies.
