Representatives of ASKI pay courtesy call on Philippine Embassy Officials

Officials of the Alay Sa Kaunlaran. Inc. (ASKI) led by its President Mr. Rolando Victoria paid a courtesy call on Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales and other Embassy officials at the Philippine Chancery at Nassim Road on Monday, 27 February 2017. Ambassador Morales thanked Mr. Victoria and his team in ASKI Singapore for their continued commitment to serve the Filipino community in Singapore. Mr. Victoria, for his part, conveyed his interest to continue ASKI’s partnership with the Philippine Embassy in providing training opportunities for overseas Filipinos (OFWs) in Singapore particularly in the area of financial literacy. During the call, Mr. Victoria also introduced ASKI’s new head representative in Singapore Ms. May Garlitos. ASKI is one of a number of skills training providers that implement short-term courses for OFWs to provide them with the tools and know-how to start micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises and their families in the Philippines.
