On Sunday, 13 November 2016, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore, headed by Ambassador Antonio A. Morales, attended the thanksgiving concert of PsalmiDeo Chorale entitled, “Caritas et Amor” (Charity and Love)  at the School of the Arts (SOTA) in Singapore.

The repertoire included religious hymns, Pater Noster, Beati Quorum Via, O Nata Lux, UnicornisCaptivatur, Alleluia, Caritas et Amor, Prayer of St. Francis and Didn’t My Lord Deliver Daniel. An array of popular songs that were sung during the second half were Gabrielle’s Oboe, Paraiso, Eres Tu, Iniibig Kita, Dear Future Husband, Thankful, I Love you/What a Wonderful World and Cantate Domino.

In  Cantate et Amor, Psalmideo was under award-winning Philippine conductor, Dr. Joel Navarro, whose presence is expected to help ensure the continuity of Psalmideo’s time honoured traditions and at the same time bring the group to newer heights.
