The company’s main business activity, processing and industrial plant engineering,  has a manpower demand of eight hundred (800) Filipino workers for various job categories such as managers, engineers, technicians, and welders.

Owner Mr. Randy Achacoso and operations manager Mr. Roschester Alegre, both of whom are former OFWs, committed to ensure the welfare and to protect the interest of the Filipino workers that the company will be hiring.

Prior to the meeting,MWO-Singapore conducted a job site visit where it determined that its premises, particularly its work place, are safe and that they comply with the occupational safety standards as required by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower.

Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Medardo Macaraig views this development as a good opportunity for Filipinos who are seeking employment in Singapore. According to him, the success of Mr. Achacoso and Alegre is commendable, and it can certainly serve as an inspiration to OFWs, as well as an example of the positive outcomes that can arise from the labor migration of Filipinos overseas.
