The Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) and International Enterprise Singapore (IE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the sidelines of the 7th Asia – Singapore Infrastructure Roundtable 2017. The MOU allows for IE Singapore to provide valuable inputs on best practices in urban development and transportation management for the flagship project of the BCDA, New Clark City. In his remarks, IE Singapore CEO Lee Ark Boon sees New Clark City as a tremendous opportunity for Singapore-based companies to invest in.

Following the signing, a closed-door presentation by the Clark Development Corporation was held for Singaporean companies who are interested in investing in the New Clark City.
