Ambassador Antonio A. Morales on Friday, 27 November 2015, led officials of the Philippine Embassy in congratulating the Philippine Air Lines (PAL) on the occasion of its golden anniversary. Ambassador Morales joined PAL representatives and agents headed by Ms. Morena Arneth Trespeses, PAL Country Manager for Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, in a get-together dinner at the Oscar’s Restaurant, Conrad Centennial Hotel, to celebrate the event. Over the years, the Philippine Embassy and PAL have maintained a strong relationship and the latter has been very consistent in supporting the activities of the Filipino community in Singapore. Ambassador Morales, who was also joined by his wife, Ms. Shirlene C. Mananquil, First Secretary and Consul at the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta, extended his best wishes to PAL for more success in the highly competitive airline industry.
