Philippine Ambassador Medardo G. Macaraig was honored to join fellow Ambassadors and Heads of Missions in Singapore at the President’s Annual Diplomatic Reception, the first to be hosted by Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, at The Istana on Wednesday, 20 March 2024.
Ambassador Macaraig and the other Ambassadors and High Commissioners of ASEAN Missions also had the privilege to meet Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong during the Reception.
The Philippines’ close and longstanding partnership with Singapore and our ASEAN are a strong testament to our shared vision of long lasting peace, stability and prosperity in the region and in the world.
We look forward to celebrating our 55th anniversary of bilateral relations with Singapore this year.
