Officials of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore headed by Ambassador Antonio A. Morales met with members of the Philippine delegation in the ongoing Interpol World 2017 at Suntec Singapore. The delegation from the Philippines is composed of officials from the House of Representatives, Department of Foreign Affairs, Philippine National Police and the National Police Commission as well as representatives of various private security agencies based in the Philippines.

In his brief remarks, Ambassador Morales thanked the Philippine delegation for participating in the conference and exhibitions organized by Interpol, which, he said, is very relevant at this age of increasing globalization where authorities must be a few steps ahead of elements who are getting more sophisticated in committing crimes using advance technologies. Ambassador Morales, who was joined by Minister and Consul General Victorio Mario M. Dimagiba Jr. and First Secretary and Consul Mersole J. Mellejor of the Philippine Embassy, was welcomed at Suntec by officials of the Interpol Global Information Complex Singapore.
