24 November 2016 – The UAE Ambassador to Singapore, Dr. Mohamed Omar A. Balfaqeeh, made a courtesy call on Ambassador Antonio A. Morales last 23 November at the embassy chancery.
“The Philippines is among the important countries to UAE,” Ambassador Balfaqeeh said as he stated his reason for the courtesy call.
Ambassador Morales welcomed his UAE counterpart who has been in Singapore for a few months only.
Both sides briefed each other on the status of their countries’ respective bilateral relations with Singapore, PH-UAE relations, as well as economic developments in PH and UAE.
Ambassador Morales looked forward to working closely with Ambassador Balfaqeeh for the benefit of their two countries.
