23 March 2024, Singapore – The wax figure of 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, one of the four Filipinas to clinch the prestigious title, is the latest addition to the Madame Tussauds attraction in Sentosa, Singapore.

Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Medardo G. Macaraig, along with other Embassy officials and Filipino community leaders, attended the unveiling ceremony of her wax figure this morning.

Ms. Wurtzbach is the first Filipino to have her wax figure displayed at the Madame Tussauds Hong Kong in 2019 wearing the iconic blue gown by Filipino designer Michael Cinco. She joins fellow Filipina Miss Universe Catriona Gray and boxing legend Manny Pacquiao among international celebrities whose wax figures are featured at the Madame Tussauds.

Ms.Wurtzbach’s wax figure will be displayed at the Madame Tussauds Singapore from 23 March 2024 until 1 September 2024 only. (END).
