In relation to the upcoming 2016 Overseas Absentee Voting in Singapore, the Embassy would like to provide the attached COMELEC Resolution No. 10036 on the guidelines for the Filipino Community (FILCOM), Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) or Civil Society Organization (CSO) accreditation. Kindly take preferential note on the Guidelines for duly accredited FilComs, NGOs and CSOs listed in the COMELEC resolution.
Those interested may submit the fully accomplished Accreditation Application Form (Information Sheet) together with two (2) recent 2×2 colored photographs, list of officers and members including their addresses and contact numbers, valid IDs of officers and members and authority of the applicant to apply for accreditation.
The period of filing applications for accreditation to COMELEC shall be from 1 February 2016 to 31 March 2016. This period shall be non-extendible. Applications filed after the last day for filing shall not be entertained. Meanwhile, to allow time for the Embassy to submit your application to COMELEC, it would be appreciated if you can send them by 23 March 2016.
Applications for accreditation (in hard copies) may be sent by post to the Philippine Embassy (Attention: Cultural/Filipino Community Relations Section) at 20 Nassim Road, Singapore 258395.
