Philippine Ambassador congratulates Graduates of 3rd Leaders in Economic Development Programme

Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales extended his congratulations to the participants from the Philippines in the 3rd Leaders in Economic Development (TFLED) Programme during their closing ceremony at the Singapore Civil Service College on 22 March 2016. Officials from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Bureau of Treasury (BOT) represented PHL in this edition of the programme. The TFLED Programme is designed for policymakers and economists at both national and local levels of government in Asia. This programme focuses on a dynamic mix of government scenarios and practitioners’ perspectives in a broad range of economic development issues faced by Singapore and other Asian countries. The 7-day programme offers participants a holistic learning experience using a variety of training methodologies including case studies, scenario discussions and dialogue sessions with economic leaders, and learning journeys to key economic institutions.
