Philippine Ambassador welcomes colleagues in Official Residence

On Tuesday, 6 June 2017, Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales invited officials and colleagues from the Department of Foreign Affairs to dinner at his official residence. The officials included DFA Assistant Secretary J. Eduardo Malaya who is in Singapore to participate in a workshop organized by the National University of Singapore Centre for International Law (NUS-CIL) with Minister Edgar Badajos Jr. and Atty. Manuel Ayap. Former Philippine Ambassador to Finland Ma. Angelina Catalina who is also in town to serve as resource speaker at a workshop organized by the APEC Secretariat, was also present with her husband, Dr. Benjamin Sta. Catalina. Ambassador Morales was joined by all the officers of the Philippine Embassy in receiving the guests. The gathering was a good opportunity to exchange views on matters relevant to the Department of Foreign Affairs and update on developments in the Philippines and ASEAN.
