On Wednesday, 28 October 2015, the Bachelor of Arts students majoring in International Studies from the University of San Jose Recoletos (USJ-R) in Cebu City, headed by Mr. Richard B. Fernandez, Chairman, Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy, paid a courtesy call on CDA Victorio Mario M. Dimagba, Jr. at the Philippine Embassy. The visit is part of their Josenian Junior Diplomats programme in Singapore.
