On 7 January 2016, Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales joined a farewell luncheon hosted by Permanent Secretary Chee Wee Kiong at the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) for the Heads of Mission (HOMs) of the Embassy of Indonesia, High Commission of Malaysia and the Royal Thai Embassy who are ending their tour-of-duty in Singapore. The Permanent Secretary regularly hosts the event, which is also an occasion for him to convey his thanks to ASEAN diplomatic missions in Singapore for another year of successful working relations with the Singapore MFA and to exchange views on last year’s developments and possibilities for 2016.
