POLO Singapore conducts Livelihood Seminar for OFWs

The Philippine Overseas Labour Office (POLO) of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore on Sunday, 20 November 2016, conducted a Pig and Chicken Farming Seminar at the Philippine Bayanihan Centre at Pasir Panjang Singapore. The seminar is part of a series that POLO is spearheading as part of its work programme for OFWs. The seminar was co-organized by Beterinaryo SG/Filipino Veterinarians in Singapore and Tetra Consulting Group. Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales thanked POLO and its co-organizers for pooling their resources together for the seminar. He also recognized the enthusiasm of the participants in acquiring new ideas that could be used to start an alternative source of livelihood for them and their families back home in the Philippines.
