(20 January 2023, Singapore) Key officers of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore held a two-day Planning Conference on 19-20 January 2023 at the Philippine Embassy to take stock of the Embassy’s accomplishments in 2022, identify priorities and major projects for the year, and ensure that these plans and programs of the Embassy are aligned with annual budgetary allocations and undertaken in a coordinated manner among various Embassy units and its partner agencies.

Possible activities include the 125th Anniversary of Philippine Independence, ongoing Chancery redevelopment project, cultural and public diplomacy projects and other consular and assistance-to-nationals (ATN) activities. 

The Conference was also convened in preparation for the arrival of the incoming Philippine Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Medardo G. Macaraig.  (END).
