31 May 2016. In observance of the National Heritage Month, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore displayed a streamer at the Embassy’s Cultural Corner for public viewing during the month of May, “in recognition of the need to create among the people a consciousness, respect and pride for the legacies of Filipino cultural history, and love of country.”

The observance was also mentioned by Ambassador Antonio Morales during the Filipino community meeting held on 14 May 2016.
