ASEAN 50 marker unveiled at SMU Greens

Heads of Mission and representatives of ASEAN Missions in Singapore including Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales joined Singapore Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan at the official unveiling ceremony of the ASEAN 50 marker at the SMU greens on 6 October 2017.

The unveiling was one of the highlight of the Societal Leadership Summit organized by the Institute of Societal Leadership of the Singapore Management University that featured former Philippine Secretary of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Delia Domingo-Albert. Ambassador Albert was one of the distinguished members of the panel discussion on Trailblazing for the next 50 years – Leadership Needed for the next Lap.

The speakers included former Singapore Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong, former Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, former ASEAN Secretary-Generals Ong Keng Yong and Tan Sri Dato Ajit Singh.
