05 March 2023 – The Filipino Overseas Workers in Singapore – Skills Training Program (FOWS-STP) conducted an orientation program on its resumption of in-person classes at the Philippine Bayanihan Center.
Attached agencies of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore such as the DMW, OWWA, and SSS and industry partners such as PNB, AFreight, and SMILES mobile remittance held talks and conducted a brief Post Arrival Orientation Seminar (PAOS) to the new trainees.
Founded in 1992, FOWS-STP offers TESDA-Accredited courses on Aromatherapy, Basic and Advanced Baking, International Cuisine, Nursing Aide, Tailoring and Basic and Advanced Dressmaking, Hotel and restaurant Management, and Computer Fundamentals. For more information, please email fowsstp@gmail.com.
