On Wednesday, 28 June 2017, Philippine government executives, who were on separate official business trips to Singapore, dropped by at the Philippine residence in Singapore at the invitation of Ambassador Antonio A. Morales who hosted them to dinner. The officials included Solicitor General Jose Calida, Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Menardo Guevarra and DFA Assistant Secretary Frank Cimafranca who were joined by their respective delegations. Ambassador Morales thanked the Solicitor General and his fellow officials for accepting his invitation in spite of their very hectic schedule. Speaking on behalf of the group, Solicitor General Calida conveyed his appreciation to Ambassador Morales and his colleagues at the Philippine Embassy for the assistance and the warm reception that the Embassy has extended to the official delegations for the duration of their stay in Singapore.
