The First Lady of the Republic of the Philippines, Mme. Louise Araneta‑Marcos inaugurated the Sentro Rizal Singapore Library located at the new Philippine Chancery at 20 Nassim Road on 16 July 2026.

The library is the newest facility of the Sentro Rizal Singapore, relaunched earlier this year through Pasinaya on 9 January 2026, and forms part of the Embassy’s celebration of 15 years of Sentro Rizal, the Philippines’ flagship cultural institution overseas.

Philippine President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. visited the new Philippine Chancery at 20 Nassim Road Singapore, marking a significant milestone in the Embassy’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic presence and enhancing services to the Filipino community abroad.

The Department of Agriculture (DA), through its Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Service, in partnership with the Republic Polytechnic (RP) Singapore, organized the Filipino Young Farmers Immersion on Agribusiness and Technology Incubation Program from 6 to 10 July 2026 in Singapore.

The program brought together fifteen (15) dynamic agribusiness startups hailing from diverse regions across the Philippines who won the DA’s Young Farmer’s Challenge (YFC) 2026, a nationwide competition that supports innovative agri-ventures.
