(28 April 2023, Singapore) Philippine Ambassador to Singapore H.E. Medardo G. Macaraig graces the launch of Cebu Pacific’s inaugural flight between Singapore and Clark City, Philippines this afternoon at the Changi International Airport. Joining him at the launch and send-off ceremony are Ms. Alicia Chen, General Manager,  Market Development of Changi Airport Group; Mr.  Charles Galloway, CEO Asia Pacific of Dnata; and Mr. Michael Ivan Shau, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Cebu Pacific.

The flight from Singapore to Clark City this afternoon marks the resumption of flights between the two destinations, which were temporarily halted due to COVID-19.  

Ambassador Macaraig, along with the Philippine Embassy’s Economic Team, joined the inaugural flight which included several Singaporean business executives and potential investors whom he had invited to attend a business briefing and a tour of New Clark City. (END)
