Going to the Philippines
- COVID-19 vaccination status or certificate is not required for arriving international travelers.
- Departing travelers must check the vaccination requirements of their destination country.
- OFWs and seafarers may be issued an International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever or other vaccines based on agency or company requirements.

- All passengers must register on the eTravel platform within 72 hours before arriving or departing the Philippines.

The eTravel platform replaces paper Arrival and Customs cards. Travelers must submit their arrival details and health declaration through the portal for immigration clearance.

Travelling to Singapore
- No COVID-19 entry measures apply for travelers arriving in Singapore, regardless of vaccination status or traveler profile.
All travelers must submit the SG Arrival Card within 3 days before arrival via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard or the MyICA mobile app (available for free on App Store and Google Play).
