The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), Inc. Singapore Chapter officers led by their President, Engr. Luz Salvo, took their oath of office before Ambassador Joseph del Mar Yap on 06 March 2021 at the Philippine Embassy in Singapore. In strict adherence to the prevailing COVID-19 safe management measures, the oath-taking was administered in two batches. END
