SINGAPORE, 2 July 2025 – The Philippine Embassy expresses its deep appreciation to former Secretary for Foreign Affairs Enrique A. Manalo. 

He last visited Singapore in January 2025 when he delivered the keynote address at the Regional Outlook Forum organized by the ISEAS Yusof Ishak Institute.

While in Singapore, he was hosted by Singapore Minister for Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan and was able to engage with Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam. 

He also visited the Gardens by the Bahay Kubo and the site of our new Chancery along Nassim Road.
