In this hybrid seminar, Senator Loren Legarda will discuss green growth areas in the Philippines, touching on the landmark measures she has principally authored and sponsored, including the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 and the Climate Change Act of 2009, among others.

She will also discuss the upcoming measures in the 20th Congress, such as the Blue Economy Bill, Low Carbon Economy Bill, Plastic Regulation and Circular Economy Bill, and other related proposals.
