The Philippine Embassy informs all Filipino registered overseas voters in Singapore that the pre-voting enrollment period for online overseas voting in the upcoming Philippine national elections will begin on Thursday, 20 March 2025.

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) recently announced the final date of the pre-voting enrollment from 10 March to 20 March to ensure that the Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) passes all the testing and certification required by Republic Act 9369, the Election Automation Law of 2007, prior to its launch.

Registered overseas voters must complete the pre-voting enrollment, to be completed online, to be eligible to participate in the 30-day overseas voting period from 13 April to 12 May 2025. This one-time process verifies the voter’s identity and ensures smooth access to the online voting system. After successfully enrolling online, voters may proceed to test the online voting platform through its test voting feature, which is available until 12 April 2025 only.
