The Philippine Embassy informs the public that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has officially launched the platform for online pre-voting enrollment for registered overseas voters. The 46-day enrollment period is open beginning today until 07 May 2025.

Enrollment is easy, quick and convenient. Using your smartphone, tablet or laptop, visit https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll or scan the QR code below. (Important reminder: be sure remember your username and password). 

After successful enrollment, the link to the test voting portal will be sent through email and/or cellphone text message. Once the overseas voting period commences on 13 April 2025, the actual digital ballot can be accessed through the same voting link.

The Embassy strongly encourages all registered Filipino overseas voters in Singapore to enroll online as soon as possible. Follow the simple step-by-step procedure found on these links: for mobile/tablet or laptop/computer.

For the 2025 Philippine overseas elections in Singapore, online voting is the only method of casting your vote. Walk-in or physical voting, paper ballots, or vote-counting machines will not be available. There are no alternative voting methods.
