PRC, Migrant Workers Office successfully conducted 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination in Singapore

SINGAPORE, 4 June 2026 –The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), in coordination with the Migrant Workers Office-Singapore, successfully conducted the 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) in Singapore from 29 to 31 May 2026.

A total of 163 examinees successfully took the licensure test across 17 professions, including architect, certified plant mechanic, chemical engineer, civil engineer, electronics engineer, electronics technician, master plumber, mechanical engineer, midwife, nurse, professional teachers elementary and secondary, psychometrician, radiologic technologist, real estate appraiser, registered electrical engineer, registered master electrician and veterinarian. 

The three-day SPLE was conducted simultaneously in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.

The Philippine Embassy, through the Migrant Workers Office, thanks all Filipino Community volunteers and HFSE International School,  this year’s venue of SPLE. 

On 25 May 2026, ahead of the SPLE, Ambassador Medardo G. Macaraig welcomed the PRC delegation led by Director Angiereen D. Medina for a courtesy call.
