Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique A. Manalo will deliver the Keynote Address at the 28th edition of ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute’s annual flagship event, the Regional Outlook Forum (ROF) on 9 January 2025 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. 

Themed “RESILIENCE AMID GLOBAL WINDS OF CHANGE”, ROF2025 will delve into the pressing need for resilience amid the disruptions and uncertainties caused by political, geopolitical, technological, and economic upheavals at both national, regional and global levels.

Secretary Manalo will be setting the tone for the forum by sharing his perspectives with his address titled “Can The Spirit of Cooperation Shine Through Turbulent Times?”. A Q&A session will follow and will be moderated by Prof Chan Heng Chee.
