IN PHOTOS | #LOOK Delegations from the ASEAN Member States gathered in Singapore on 20-22 November 2024 to attend the Meeting of the 18th High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV). 

The Philippines was represented by Ambassador Elizabeth P. Buensuceso as Eminent Person and Ambassador Luis Cruz as High-Level Representative. Ambassador Cruz headed the Philippine delegation in the negotiations of the ASEAN Political Security Community (APSC) Strategic Plan.

During the Meeting, the Philippines highlighted the need for implementable institutional strengthening and cross-pillar coordination among the four pillars of the new ASEAN Community Vision (ACV) 2045. The Philippine delegation also encouraged the participants to be more visionary in their approach and enjoined think-tanks to translate the Vision into concrete actions.

The delegation was supported by First Secretary Joyleen E. Santos and Attaché Ivanah Karla F. Vicencio-Luz of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore.
