SINGAPORE, 28 February 2025 – Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Medardo G. Macaraig, assisted by Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Attaché Col. Egberto O. Dacoscos, led the donning of rank to LTC Jonald N. Fallar PA who was promoted from the rank of Major to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LTC). The donning of rank ceremony was held on 24 February 2025 during the flag-raising ceremony at the Philippine Embassy and witnessed by other Philippine Embassy officials and staff.
LTC Fallar is currently in Singapore as one of the AFP officer students attending the 56th Command and Staff Course held at Goh Ken Swee Command and Staff College (GKS CSC), SAFTI Military Institute.
