- The Embassy can only solemnize marriages between two Filipino citizens eligible under Philippine law.
- Both must personally appear at the Embassy to sign the Application for Marriage License and submit required documents.
- Please note of the mandatory 10-day publication period (marriage bann). Please ensure to complete the submission of required documents at least 14 days before the set date of Solemnization of Marriage.
- The couple must provide two witnesses, each 21 years or older, to attend the ceremony and sign the Contract of Marriage.

The Embassy conducts Solemnization ceremonies every Thursday, with four available time slots (10 AM, 11 AM, 2PM and 3PM.
