The Philippine Embassy in Singapore joins the National Women’s Month Celebration (NWMC) this March 2026, under the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” and the call to “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”.
This year’s observance honors the leadership and contributions of Filipino women as champions of governance, peace, security, and economic development in the Philippines and across ASEAN. Inspired by our pre-colonial spiritual leaders, the Babaylans, the celebration highlights pathways to transformative leadership, promotes gender-responsive programs and policies, and strengthens collaboration and accountability across all sectors.
Together, let us celebrate Filipinas who lead with wisdom, courage, and vision.
The Philippine Embassy and its partner agencies invite everyone to be part of the month-long line-up of community activities for the NWMC:
