Every last week of July, we celebrate Linggo ng Musikang Pilipino by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 933 signed by former President Benigno Aquino, Jr., to showcase, recognize, and give importance to music created by Filipinos through Original Pilipino Music (OPM) and to promote pride in our culture, support local musicians, and strengthen the identity of the Filipino people through the art of music.

In celebration of the Linggo ng Musikang Pilipino,  the Philippine Embassy invites you to “An Afternoon Concertino with the Mecosono Chamber Orchestra”.
