The Philippine Embassy in Singapore is pleased to inform our kababayans that the Philippine Government, through the Bureau of the Treasury, will be conducting an online FINANCIAL LITERACY SESSION ON RETAIL TREASURY BONDS on 06 July 2025, Sunday, at 3:00 PM (SST).
RTBs are medium- to long-term debt securities carrying a fixed interest rate per annum issued by the Philippine government through the Bureau of the Treasury. The RTBs are part of the government’s savings mobilization program designed to make government securities available to retail investors, hence, the name Retail Treasury Bonds.
