SINGAPORE, 9 DECEMBER 2025 – Hayop, the Singapore outpost of Filipino restaurant Manam by the Moment Group, recently earned a spot in the prestigious 2025 Michelin Guide Singapore. This landmark recognition marks a significant leap forward for Filipino gastronomy in one of Asia’s most competitive and respected dining capitals, being the first ever Filipino restaurant in Singapore to garner this prestige. 

Located at 104 Amoy Street, Hayop opened in Singapore in July 2024 serving elevated renditions of Filipino favorites such as crispy sisig, sinigang sa watermelon, lechon, adobo, palabok, halo-halo, among others.

On 5 December, Ambassador Medardo Macaraig, accompanied by Embassy personnel, visited Hayop to once again enjoy its signature dishes.  Ambassador Macaraig expressed pride in seeing the restaurant bustling with locals and international diners, a clear sign that Filipino cuisine is continuously rising in prominence and success in the international market.

#DidYouKnow Manam’s flagship restaurant in Ayala Triangle was also included in the very first Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Philippines launched in October 2025.
