SINGAPORE, 14 April 2025 – The Philippine Embassy in Singapore proudly joined Filipino entrepreneurs in showcasing the Philippines’ growing food and beverage sector at the FHA-Food & Beverage 2025 Expo, held from 08 to 11 April 2025 at the Singapore EXPO. 

The 42nd year of the Expo was opened by Minister of State Alvin Tan of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, who emphasized the need for businesses to remain global, creative, and green to ensure continued success.

FHA-Food & Beverage is recognized as Asia’s leading international trade event for the food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality industries. The event serves as a premier platform for networking, innovation, and business development, drawing together global stakeholders to explore the latest trends and advancements in the sector. This year’s edition welcomed over 1,500 exhibitors and attracted more than 60,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries and regions.

In a show of support, officials from the Embassy and the Philippine Trade and Investment Centre (PTIC) attended the opening ceremonies and engaged with key stakeholders and industry leaders. The delegation also visited the booths of participating Filipino entrepreneurs, such as Miesto Int’l Foods, Oleo-Fats Inc. and Philippine Grocers Food Exports, Inc., where they had the opportunity to sample locally made products, learn more about their offerings, and explore potential areas for collaboration and market expansion.

The Embassy’s presence underscores its continued commitment to promoting Filipino enterprises abroad and supporting initiatives that enhance the global competitiveness of Philippine-made goods and services. (END)
